Our company and/or integrated location product supplier AIOTGPS (including its affiliates) (hereinafter referred to as "we") provides you with integrated location product service software AIOTGPS (hereinafter referred to as "Products") and many online and offline services related to the Products, including but not limited to our website, online location service platform and other services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Services"). When you contact us and/or our affiliates about Products and Services, you may be asked to provide your personal information. We take your personal information protection and personal privacy very seriously, and understand that you may care how your personal information is used and shared. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, share and store your personal information.

This Product integrates Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for push notifications to deliver device alarms and system messages. To enable push delivery, we collect device identifiers (such as Android ID, IDFA, etc.), device model, operating system version, and FCM Token to uniquely identify your device and deliver messages accurately.

This Product integrates Google Maps SDK and Geolocator to display maps, show device locations, and obtain your current location, so you can view vehicle locations and trajectories.

During use of this Product, we may request notification permission to deliver device alarms and system notifications, and location permission to display your current location on the map.

This Product collects device information (such as device model, brand, and operating system version) and reports it to our servers for push registration, account security, and service optimization.

I. Scope of Personal Information

"Personal information" as used in this Privacy Policy refers to information we collect from individuals that can be used to identify specific individuals. It may be divided into personal information that can be used alone (such as name, ID card information) and personal information that cannot be used alone but must be used in combination with other information (such as location information). The personal information we collect may include both types. For personal information that can be used alone or in combination with other information, we will collect it only after informing you and obtaining your consent in advance; for personal information that cannot be used alone, we may collect, use, transfer and disclose such information for any purpose when not used in combination, after informing you and obtaining your consent in advance.

The "personal information" we may collect from you includes but is not limited to: your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, other contact details, age, date of birth, gender, education, occupation, language, zip code, area code, personal image, interest preferences, ID card information, driving license information, credit card information, unique device identifier, geographic location information, vehicle status, behavior information, license plate number, frame number (VIN), etc.

II. Ways We Collect Personal Information

We collect and store your personal information in various ways, including:

1. When you visit or participate in our app, official website or other online services (e.g. when you contact us through our website or email to ask questions, make comments, or participate in online surveys), the information you voluntarily provide to us.
2. When you provide information in order to obtain our offline services.
3. When you use our Products.
4. When you download or use an application developed by us or our designated company (such as an online location service platform).
5. When you follow our social media (such as Weibo, WeChat).
6. When you post personal information through publicly accessible means (such as when you post information on social media sites such as BBS, Weibo, and WeChat).
7. When you provide information to a representative of our call center.
8. We collect from independent authorized dealers and/or agents, for example, when you purchase our products and perform product repairs through our authorized dealers.
9. We collect from financial companies your transactions with them, such as applying for a car loan.
10. Collected from our business partners and/or service providers (affiliated companies and non-affiliated companies), for example, we may obtain personal information about you from exhibition organizers and other third parties for the purpose of obtaining potential customers.
11. We may also collect information about you from other sources and add it to our customer information database.
12. Cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are mechanisms that support the server (or scripts) to store and retrieve information on the client. When you use certain features, we may send one or more Cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device. Cookies typically contain randomly generated characters. We use Cookie technology to understand your usage habits, help determine account security, and analyze traffic and page effectiveness. We will not use Cookies for any purpose beyond those described in this policy. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can adjust your browser settings at any time to turn off cookies.
13. Call center. When you call our service hotline, in order to improve service quality and follow up on your request, we may collect personal information from you during the call or record the phone call through electronic media. You understand and agree that we collect your personal information and record phone calls during voice calls.
14. Integrated location terminals, mobile devices or online location service platform. When you download or use applications developed by us or our designated companies and install and use our integrated location products, we may receive information about your geographic location, vehicle trajectory, and your mobile device (if it contains a specific number that identifies your mobile device). You understand and agree that we collect personal information such as geographic location, vehicle condition, mobile device specific identification code, etc.
15. When you log in or register, you may need to provide us with personal information such as your phone number or email address.

III. Consequences of Refusing to Provide Personal Information

You may choose not to provide your personal information. If you choose not to provide your personal information, we may not be able to provide you with our Products or Services, or may not be able to respond to problems you encounter when using our Products or Services. We will not be liable for losses you may suffer as a result.

10. We will not use your personal information in violation of the above purpose of collecting personal information or outside the scope of this Privacy Policy.

V. Disclosure and Sharing of Your Personal Information with Third Parties

We respect your personal privacy and abide by relevant laws and regulations. We are committed to keeping your personal information collected strictly confidential. We will only share your personal information with the following third parties that comply with this Privacy Policy or at least provide the same protective practices as this Privacy Policy, for the purpose of collecting personal information. Unless otherwise stated, these third parties do not collect, use or transfer personal information on our behalf. Therefore, we are not responsible for the collection, use or transfer of personal information by these third parties.

1. Our affiliates and affiliates: To ensure that we and our affiliates provide you with roughly the same quality of service, we may share your personal information with our affiliates. We will only share necessary personal information, and affiliates will adopt equivalent security measures as described in this policy.
2. Our authorized dealers and/or agents: Authorized dealers and agents are our sales channels. They are responsible for introducing and selling our Products and Services to you. 5. Third-party service providers: We hire third-party companies (such as suppliers, service outsourcing providers, etc.) to provide related services to our customers, including but not limited to vehicle information, roadside assistance, telephone return visits, sending letters, emails, or short messages, cleaning customer information, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, customer satisfaction surveys, receiving customer inquiries and handling customer requests, etc. Such third parties can only access, use, process or retain your personal information in order to perform their duties or assist us in achieving the purpose of collecting personal information.
6. Firebase push service: To deliver device alarms and system notifications, our App integrates Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), which collects device information and FCM tokens for message delivery. For more information, see https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
7. Call center: We will set up a call center to uniformly receive your requests and feedback and improve our service quality. To provide you with services effectively, we may provide your personal information to the call center.
8. Business transfer: To continue to develop our business, we may reorganize, merge or sell certain businesses. When our assets are transferred to relevant third parties, all personal information we collect will also be transferred to the relevant third parties.
9. Investigation or audit: Subject to applicable laws and regulations, we may be subject to investigation or audit from time to time by relevant government agencies or regulatory authorities. In relevant investigation or audit procedures, if we are required to disclose your personal information and cannot immediately inform you of such disclosure, you agree that we will disclose your personal information to relevant third parties in these investigations or audit procedures without obtaining your additional consent.

We will inform you of the relevant situation of the incident through application push, email, SMS, phone, etc. When it is difficult to inform each personal information subject individually, we will adopt a reasonable and effective way to publish an announcement. 1. We provide convenient methods for you to ensure that your personal information is accurate, complete and updated in a timely manner. The privacy policy of AIOTGPS does not apply to products or services provided by third parties. Our Products and Services may contain links to third-party websites, products and services, or use or provide products or services from third parties via SDKs, APIs, etc. When you use these products or services, they may also collect your information. We are not responsible for how third parties use the personal information they collect from you, and cannot control their use. IX. Your Choices

1. We may send you marketing information by email, telephone, mobile phone/text message or letter, including but not limited to: informing you of the latest information of our products or services, inviting you to participate in our marketing activities, or making announcements about our products or services.
2. If you choose not to receive marketing information from us, you can unsubscribe according to the unsubscribe method we provide. Please note that it may take a few days to process your unsubscribe request, and you may still receive promotional or marketing information during this period.

X. Children

We will not knowingly collect personal information of a child under the age of 18. If we find that we have collected personal information of children under the age of 18 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible.

XI. Third Parties Collecting Personal Information Through Our Products and Services

Our Products and Services may contain links of third-party websites, products and services. Our Products and Services may also use or provide products or services from third parties. Personal information (which may contain location data or contact information, etc.) collected by third parties through our systems, products and services — its use, handling, preservation, transfer, retention and destruction shall comply with the privacy policies of third parties. XIV. Account Deletion

If you need to delete your account, go to Me → Account Security → Delete Account in the App and follow the on-screen instructions. Account deletion is irreversible; all devices bound to your account will be unbound and you will no longer be able to log in or access your data. Please proceed with caution.
